Custom Wealth Management is seeking a highly organized and adaptable Executive Assistant to support the lead Financial Advisor and broader advisory team. This role combines administrative precision with operational support and requires excellent communication, multitasking, and discretion in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
Serve as a point of contact for the lead advisor, managing communications, schedules, and travel
Maintain and update sensitive client information and CRM data
Coordinate client meetings, team events, and logistics
Greet clients and visitors professionally; manage phone and email communication
Track and manage office supplies, marketing materials, and inventory
Submit client-related forms and assist in planning processes
Ensure a clean, welcoming, and efficient office environment
Support process optimization, task tracking, and documentation
Occasionally coordinate travel (flights, hotels, itineraries)

Custom Wealth Management is seeking a detail-driven and analytical Research Assistant to support the Chief Investment Officer in delivering high-level investment strategies. This role includes conducting financial research, updating client investment data, executing trades (post-licensing), and supporting portfolio modeling to help clients achieve their investment goals.
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct research on mutual funds, ETFs, and individual securities
Assist with asset allocation models, performance reporting, and client-specific investment analysis
Support client money movements and trading after completing required licensing
Prepare Mutual Fund Analysis and other investment-related reports
Stay current on financial markets, regulatory changes, and product developments
Maintain accurate client data and documentation in internal systems
Collaborate on firm-wide process improvements and cross-functional learning
Prioritize and track tasks to ensure timely execution

Prepare meeting materials, take detailed notes, and track action items
Create cash flow models, financial reports, and planning documentation

Coordinate and deliver participant education sessions (in person and via Zoom)
Conduct plan reviews and oversee plan bidding processes
Respond to retirement plan and account-related service requests

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in a financial or insurance environment
